Program: An exclusive landmark hospitality serving transit and short stays in Dubai, offering a wide range of facilities; water features, commercial, cultural and musical venues.

The Project is to be connected with the airport via cable cars and Connected internally via APM. The design proposal demonstrated that the guests wouldn’t need to go outside of this sterile zone.
