1. The project lies inside Dubai motor city overlooking the autodrome track, the building had to reflect on the surrounding activity and to capture the essence of the surrounding speed.

 

2. The Building is to act as a transactional gate between the different master plan zones and the developer headquarters & had to define the boundary between those two polar through a definite spatial experience.
